Gerard Herlihy is Chief Financial Officer of Ener1, Inc. He is a financial and operating executive with more than 30 years of management experience. Prior to joining Ener1, Herlihy served as President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Chief Financial Officer of technology company Splinex Technology Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of Ener1 Group. His previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Williams Controls Inc. (OTC:WMCO), and president and COO of CliniCorp, Inc. He worked on Wall Street as an investment banker at Thomson McKinnon Securities, and began his career as a CPA with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co in New York City. Mr. Herlihy received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
